About the Kelly Partnership
Ron Kelly has over twenty seven years experience as a chartered occupational psychologist, career management consultant and executive coach.
Prior to establishing the Kelly Partnership he was Managing Consultant and Director of Professional Practice for a global career transition and organisational consulting company. He has provided business psychology solutions for wide ranging clients, from multinational companies to small and medium sized enterprises.
His areas of expertise include leadership coaching, executive outplacement, management skills training and business team development. He has also advised regional organisations and staff associations on the measurement and management of stress in the workplace. Complementary consultancy experience is in the assessment of interpersonal conflict styles and conflict resolution training for employees.
He has provided performance and development coaching to new and established business leaders in sectors such as manufacturing, finance and retail. In addition, he has acknowledged experience in leadership coaching of senior executives from health service organisations, up to the level of chief executive. Ron is a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
Fran Kelly has twenty years experience in local government which she combines with a history of work in the voluntary/community sector.
Fran was formerly Head of Democratic Services with a major unitary authority in the north-east of England, prior to which she had an impressive history of policy development in the local government context. Before forming the Kelly Partnership she was an independent consultant, offering training and development opportunities to local authorities in the North East of England.
Highly experienced in facilitating developmental workshops for elected members, Fran has particular expertise in areas relating to new political structures and the changing face of local government. She can establish a close working partnership with you to identify the training needs of elected Members at both individual and corporate level to design and deliver high impact development programmes.
Fran has considerable professional experience in enhancing overview and scrutiny functions within local authorities and can help to develop a vibrant and effective scrutiny process. She can also work with you to enhance Executive decision making arrangements.
